Many Happy Returns Webinar with Retail Gazette

2019 marked 25 years since the first secure online transaction was completed and ecommerce was born. Online shopping has evolved, with exponential year-on-year sales growth and analysts predicting more than half of retail purchases will be made online in the next decade.

Catch up on our webinar in collaboration with Retail Gazette to get insight in to the consumer trends influencing returns and impacting supply chains. Hear our commercial director, Ban Balfour, discuss returns in the fast-moving world of retail, where social media commerce is on the rise and consumers are increasingly thinking about sustainability.
