A chartered fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Lisa is the People Director for Advanced Supply Chain Group with more than two decades of industry experience. Having built a strong track record within high-growth, private equity-backed businesses, Lisa’s focus is on leading the transformation of culture for organisations and their people.

Lisa is spearheading a wide range of innovations and initiatives that will support the business’ ambition to be recognised as a Great Place to Work. Having joined the company in November 2021, Lisa has already implemented an ambitious people plan to drive high-performance culture, talent engagement and leadership development. She will work closely with the wider Reconomy Group to unlock the group’s combined potential and support career opportunities and the employee value proposition across the business.
