Advanced entered the Investors in People program in order to guarantee that our people would have the skills and support they need to progress to their full potential.
In addition, the Investors in People standard has helped Advanced develop a induction program for production staff that enables new people entering the business to get up to speed within three days – something that keeps costs low and quality high for our customers.
Advanced managing director Mike Danby is thrilled with the results, saying: "We’ve gained a lot as a company from the IIP programme.
